We have created a special program for young athletes aged 6 and older, which helps children develop their bodies and character in a safe and supportive environment. Children’s training at our school is a balance between sports, play, and developing good habits.

What to expect at training:

Through active games and simple boxing elements, children learn to control their bodies and become more agile, active, and confident.

  1. The basics of boxing with safe techniques and equipment

All classes are tailored to the age and skill level of the participants. Soft gloves and protective equipment are used so that children can learn their first punches and defenses without risk to their health.

  1. Teaching discipline, respect, and team spirit

Boxing teaches not only technique but also life values: listening to the coach, respecting opponents, and helping teammates. These qualities will stay with the child outside the gym.
